We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new podcast! The inaugural episode features RJ Bayley and Gordon Johnstone discussing dystopias in film and literature and whether or not we're living in one right now.

What started off as a means of staving off the depression of the service industry has grown into something I could never have imagined.
Through The Grind I've had the privilege of publishing some of Scotland's most exciting writers and artists, stage amazing events, and meet some of the most talented people I've ever encountered, not to mention the friends I've made along the way. It has reached the point where people I have never met before have heard of The Grind and enjoy what we do. That just blows my mind. The Grind has had a tangible, positive impact on people's lives and for that I am eternally grateful. We're not done yet, though. We have plans for the future that dwarf anything we've done up until this point. I cannot thank you all enough for supporting us and making all of this possible. Every single person who has come to an event, downloaded an issue, or even just told a friend about that weird journal thing that swears all the time. You've all made The Grind what it is. Thank you. The Grind never sleeps, The Grind never rests. The Grind is eternal. Fuck The Grind |
